A Week Old…

Well, it’s been a week since TickerHound was born - we’ve laughed, we’ve cried, we’ve…ok, we didn’t do any of those things, we’ve mainly had our hands full with customer service, design changes and technology patches.

I’ve gotta say this has  been a whole new learning experience for me.  I mean, I’ve owned, operated and launched new sites  before, there was nothing new about that part.  But launching a site that was 100% powered by its members is an entirely new experience for me.  This blog and our newsletter are my only means of feeling “normal” again. 

But in all seriousness I can’t begin to explain how proud I am…not of myself, or of the site or of this new company.  I’m proud of those things too, but what I’m most proud of are our members - the REAL TickerHounds!

These guys have been really digging deep into the site and doing everything they can to help other investors.  I’ve seen questions  coming in that have me stumped…and then a few minutes later one of the other members will have answered it…it just blows my mind!

We even have a young man on the site - and when I say “young”, I mean young, he’s still in HIGH SCHOOL - who has been one of our biggest contributors.  If you’ve visited the site at least once you’ve undoubtedly heard of ChaosNantuko - he’s done an amazing job of helping to educate and empower other investors.  Great job Nanutko - I’m sure a very lucrative career on Wall Street awaits you!

And it’s not just him, there are a dozen members out there who come to mind who are also knocking the cover off the ball.

Sorry for bragging, but like I said, I’m very proud of these people right now!
